Doris Mason
Growing up in a big family certainly prepared Doris Mason for a diverse and colourful career in music. From the age of three, she has been tinkling the ivories and singing. Doris has been featured on national television, radio, stage and in concert halls. Her CD, Photograph, garnered her an ECMA nomination. Doris has traveled throughout Europe, the Caribbean and to New York City, where she performed with Denny Doherty in the off-broadway production, Dream a Little Dream: The Nearly True Story of the Mamas and the Papas. She has produced several CDs for a variety of artists and has been the music director of DRUM! since its inception. Doris has wowed the Titz’n Glitz crowd for many years and is happy to be back for the 13th anniversary!!

Holly Carr - Event Artist
A well-known Nova Scotia artist, Holly hand uses silk canvas as her medium. Her vivid paintings are alive with satire, brilliant colour, pure joy and imagination. Holly has toured with story teller Stuart McLean of CBC's Vinyl Cafe, performed on stage with the Ottawa Philharmonic and has traveled to Singapore to paint before their president! During the gala, Holly will capture the event by creating and donating for auction, a spectacular one-of-a-kind piece, incorporating images of the Titz’n Glitz costumes. Pink Velvet Burlesque
With their diverse group of highly talented performers, Pink Velvet Burlesque has been painting the city of Halifax "hot pink" (not red) since their very first show in early 2006. These lovely ladies and gentlemen perform a plethora of acts ranging from classical and neo burlesque, vaudeville & comedy, singing, belly dance, fire eating, performance art and more! Miss Molotov
Marissa Gough is an east coast fire performer with almost 7 years experience. She has just finished a full season of performing with the very talented performers of Atlantic Cirque, weekly showcasing her talents with Casino Nova Scotia and other charitable events. She was also lucky to perform with the Maritime Got Talent series in the Halifax Busker Festival as well the all star fire show with each of the fire performers at the festival. Marissa is very excited to be a part of this event as it touches a deep cord with her as it does with all of us. Suzanne Bechard is Delighted to Rumba at Titz'n Glitz 2008! Suzanne is the owner and operator of Ready To Rumba Dance Studio. She is a competitive dancer, an inspiring teacher, choreographer, performer and one of the strongest fitness motivators in town. Suzanne offers a "treasure chest" of classes in Salsa, Rumba, Cha Cha Cha, Ballroom, Pilates, Gyrokinesis and her all time favorite, Pole Dancing. Her career began in Public Relations (after graduating from Mount St. Vincent University), followed by certification in Gemology (yeah, she's a diamond expert) and a three year study of neuroscience. An illness caused Suzanne to take personal inventory which inspired a major 'non traditional' career change. Cyndi Cain
Cindy is best known for her sultry and soulful sounding voice.  Cyndi has recorded with EMI with her single “You Go to Believe” on the 44 North 63 West East Coast Explosions in 1999 and was awarded the 2000 African Nova Scotia Music Award for Best R&B and has performed on the main stage for the ECMA in Newfoundland with Dutch Mason. From 2002 to 2006 Cyndi lived and worked as an Entertainer singing Motown covers and performing Music Theatre show tunes for Club Med vacation resorts in Florida, Cancun Mexico and Punta Cana Dominican Republic. Since Cyndi returned back to Halifax in 2006 she shows no signs of slowing down. In February she performed on stage with Michael Buble and Naturally 7. Cindy has performed on Atlantic Canada’s Drum Show and was a featured solo artist in March 2008 Symphony Nova Scotia’s Motown show which brought the audience to their feet. Cyndi Cain is a singer songwriter and entertainer with a natural passion for original music and for her community and she intends to entitle her debut CD “Essentially Cyndi.” It will be released in January 2009.
