An Important Update from the On the Front Line Society (Breast Cancer Fund)
After many years of supporting individuals affected by breast cancer, Titz’n Glitz is in the process of winding up. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has supported our work and helped us make a difference in our communities.
Although the Foundation is winding up, there are still ways to support this important work:
- Future donations may be made to:
- the QE2 Health Sciences Centre Foundation. The Foundation maintains a dedicated On The Front Line/Titz'n Glitz fund.

In the Cape Breton region, donations may be made to the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation and directed to the Tom McNeil Cancer Patient Care Fund.
Individuals seeking financial support should continue to speak with their patient navigator or hospital social worker who can connect you with the appropriate person at the above-noted Foundations on how to access available funding through the QEII Foundation or Tom McNeil Patient Care Fund.
Thank you to our donors, volunteers, healthcare partners and community members for your generosity and support throughout the years. Together, you have helped ease the financial burden of breast cancer for so many people.
Titz'n Glitz is a powerful breast cancer fundraiser, for women only, to support friends, neighbours and people they love who are diagnosed with breast cancer. The evening is a roller coaster ride of fun, emotion, art and camaraderie that encompasses everything from cocktails, eats and girl chat, to moving personal stories and a spectacular parade of costumes.
Funds raised though Titz'n Glitz events provide short term financial assistance to breast cancer patients in need. Titz'n Glitz does not fund research.
